Knight Parcival, the naïve hero of Wolfram's von Eschenbach medieval epic, was in search of the Holy Grail.
We wanted to figure out what the Grail could stand for and whether the idea of a Grail quest is still relevant today. In reference to the history of our past, we have designed energetic choreographies that transform into a constantly changing scenery, which in its structure resembles ailing social systems of the 20th century.
But that's not the end of the evening. We are interested in the visions of our audience and want to know what Grails people rely on today. Together with the spectators we want to untangle our attitude towards the society we live in. Are we a bunch of utopians? If so, we want to get that on stage. But if not, this evening will lead us straight to the Apocalypse...
With a new cast and a new concept the Company urbanReflects once again begins to search for the Holy Grail.
